the staff was really nice and accommodating during my stay. The hotel is just a short stroll from carowinds and the beautiful afterburn park, perfect for weekend city walks and exploring local landmarks.

Location is super close to Carowinds, which is awesome for family trips. The room had all the essentials like a microwave, fridge, and TV. Plus, there's an outdoor swimming pool. Pet-friendly rules are nice too, with no extra charge for our pets, making it a great choice for animal lovers.

I booked a room here due to its convenience near Carowinds. The location couldn’t be better for theme park visits. I really liked the welcome gift bag from the front desk, which added a nice touch. Unfortunately, the room layout left a lot to be desired. The queen bed felt smaller than expected and was quite uncomfortable. The pillows were flat, and when I asked for extras, they didn’t have any available. The noise level was frustrating. the walls are thin, making it hard to ignore loud neighbors. The bathroom shower was surprisingly nice, but I didn't receive housekeeping, so I had no new towels or toiletries after the first night. Overall, I appreciated the warm welcome but not much else about the stay. The lack of comfort and the noise could really use improvement.

We had a quick overnight stay and were pleasantly surprised! The free pet policy made it easy since we brought our dog. The room was clean and equipped with a nice TV. Lastly, the near 24-hour convenience store was a lifesaver for snacks!

We spent a night as a family and enjoyed how cool our room stayed despite the hot summer. The staff was friendly, but I wished for a bigger bed than the full size. For families, it might feel cramped. Consider checking A/C efficiency ahead of time.

I found the entire motel to be clean and well-maintained, far beyond my expectations for a budget option. The inviting lobby made me feel at home and the staff's friendliness was heartwarming.
